One of the activities I like to do to help my mental health is always talking to my family at home. For me I am an only child so I do feel very lonely all the time and it feels more lonely with lock down too, but when we always sit down together and have family talks it makes me feel that I am not alone.
This activity I do is with my grandma. Me and my grandma go every morning for our walks, it calms me down when I have trouble sleeping the night before.
Another activity that I do is baking with my parents. If they see I am very quiet, they always call me and ask me to bake with them. My favourite food to bake is chocolate cupcakes and chocolate chip pancakes, it always makes me feel happy and reminds me to breathe. I am not alone, my family is always there for me.
